Customize Careers Page

Updated over 3 months ago

It's important to show candidates what your company is all about, not just list a job description. Sharing company details on your careers page helps attract candidates who want to learn more and apply with enthusiasm.

Finding Your Careers Page Settings

Note: Only Admin and Mega Admin users can edit the careers page.

To get started, click the settings gear βš™οΈ in the bottom left corner of your screen, then select the "Careers site" option. You'll find four sections to manage:

  • 🏷️ Branding

  • 🎨 Appearance

  • πŸ“Š Analytics

  • πŸ‘₯ Design Team

🏷️ Branding

In the Branding section, you can add key details like your company logo, description, and social media links. 🌐

For the logo, we suggest using either a square or long rectangular one to best represent your brand. πŸ–ΌοΈ

When entering your company name, use your marketing name (and leave out things like "Inc" or "LLC"). Keep it simple! ✨

πŸ” Preview Your Design

After saving your changes, you can see how everything looks by clicking "Open Careers Site" in the top right corner. πŸ‘οΈ

🎨 Appearance

Your careers page is an extension of your website, so we want to make sure it matches your brand's colors. 🎨

You can customize the Primary, Focus, and Hyperlink colors by clicking on the color circles and entering the hex, hsv, or rgb codes. Switch between the code types by selecting the one you need at the bottom of the pop-up window.

On the right, you'll see a preview of how these colors will appear in a job description. πŸ‘€

πŸ“Š Analytics

Tracking your recruiting funnel starts with knowing how many people are visiting your job descriptions. That's why we've made it easy for you to gather all the data you need to improve your hiring process. πŸ“ˆ

You can connect either Google Analytics 4 or a tracking pixel to get insights. πŸ”—

Google Analytics

To connect Google Analytics 4, just enter your measurement ID (it looks something like this: G-XXXXXXXXXX) and hit "Save Changes." βœ…

If you need more details about Google Analytics 4, you can find them here. πŸ“˜

Tracking Pixel

For candidate conversion insights, you can add a conversion pixel from your analytics software. Just generate a tracking pixel URL (make sure it's an image) and add it in to track views and applications. πŸ’‘

πŸ‘₯ Design Team

If someone else in your company handles the design details, you can invite them to have access to make visual changes to your careers site. We'll be adding more features here soon, so stay tuned! πŸš€
