Inviting Your Team

Hiring is a team effort, so let’s get your crew on board! 👥

There are two ways you can invite team members to Mega—either at the company level or the job level, depending on what kind of access they need.

Company Level 🏢

At the company level, team members get access to broader settings like Jobs, Company Preferences, Career Page Settings, and Recruiting Settings.

Job Level 💼

At the job level, team members can manage job details and take actions on candidates.


Inviting Team Members at the Company Level

To invite someone at the company level, start by heading to Company Settings ⚙️. You can find it by clicking on the gear icon in the bottom left corner of your screen.

Once you're there, click on Members on the left-hand side to view and manage your team.

Want to invite someone new? Hit the Invite Member button in the top right. You can add multiple people at once—just separate their email addresses with commas. ✉️

There are four roles you can assign to team members:

  • Standard: Needs to be added to specific jobs. Access depends on their role within that job.

  • Admin: Has access to all features except billing and inviting new members.

  • Mega Admin: Full access to everything.

  • External Recruiter: Needs to be added to specific jobs and can only see candidates they’ve added. 🕵️‍♂️

After sending the invite, you can track if they've accepted and signed up. If you need to, you can revoke an invitation by clicking the trash can icon 🗑️ to the right of their email address.


Inviting Team Members at the Job Level

When you're creating or editing a job, you can invite new or existing team members directly to that specific job.

If you’re on the My Jobs page, just click the three vertical dots ⋮ to the right of the job title to open the job details. If you’re already in a specific job, the button will be in the upper right corner.

Once you’re in, go to the Hiring Team section on the right side of your screen to add team members or external recruiters to that job. 📋

For internal team members, you can choose from three roles:

  • Recruiting Admin: Has full access to all job-level features, including candidate management, publishing jobs, and purchasing job ads.

  • Hiring Manager: Can view private team comments, candidate emails, and send offers or schedule meetings.

  • Reviewer: Can review candidates, complete rating cards, and leave internal comments.

If you’re working with External Recruiters, you can invite them through the External Recruiters section, either as existing users or by email. External recruiters will only have access to the candidates they’ve sourced, so your internal candidates stay private. 🔒
