You’ve got options for adding team members to rate / review candidates: add them through hiring groups or individually. Just make sure the workflow Stage Type is set to “Review” so Rating Cards get requested ✅.

Team members selected to rate candidates will receive a email notification with reminders in case they have a lot going on.
