We’re all about keeping Mega a safe and trusted place for both businesses and job seekers. That’s why we verify company details before jobs go live. In most cases, our system does this automatically, but sometimes we need a little more info. If that happens, we’ll send you an email after you publish your job asking for a few extra details.
This is a one-time thing! Once you’re verified, future jobs won’t be held up. Until then, though, your job won’t appear on external job boards.
A quick heads-up—if we don’t get enough info to verify your business, we may have to suspend your account (not fun, we know). But don’t worry, we’ll review your details and get back to you within one business day so you’re not left hanging.
Verifying Your Account
Let’s get you verified! Just follow these steps:
Invite a coworker – Head to the Members page in your Company Settings and invite a coworker using their business email (it should match your company’s domain).
Have them log in – Once they’re in, you’re halfway there!
Send us the details – Reply to our verification email or email [email protected] with all of the following:
Your name and job title
Your company's full name, address, and phone number
A link to your LinkedIn or other social media profile
A link to your coworker’s LinkedIn or social media profile
