Let’s be honest—trying to find the right time to meet with candidates can be a real pain. You end up sending a bunch of emails back and forth, availability changes, and before you know it, days have passed. ⏳ And it gets even trickier when you throw in hiring managers and interview panels. 🙃

That’s where Mega comes in! When you and your team connect your calendars, Mega does the heavy lifting. 💪 It checks everyone's availability and gives candidates the best options. Plus, it helps make sure everything gets scheduled quickly and smoothly. 🕒 Easy, right?

Here’s how you can connect your calendar and make things easier:

Steps to Connect Your Calendar

  1. Go to User Settings (just click the gear icon ⚙️ in the bottom left of your screen).

  2. Under Connected Apps, the Calendar Integrations list all the different Apps that Mega can connect with to access your calendar.

Google Workspace Calendar

  1. Click Connect.

  2. Choose the Google Account you want to link. If you're not already signed in, you’ll need to log in to your Google Account.

  3. On the Google permissions page, confirm the integration so Mega can find the best times for your meetings. Click Allow and you’re done! 🎉 Mega will automatically take care of your scheduling from now on.

MS 365 Outlook Calendar

  1. Click Connect.

  2. Sign in to your Microsoft Outlook account.

  3. Follow the prompts to confirm the connection, and Mega will handle all your candidate meetings like magic! ✨
