Stage Visibility

When you’re working with team members, managers, and recruiters across your company, there might be some stages in the hiring process that need to stay private 🤫.

If stage visibility is enabled, it means that everyone involved in the job—not just Hiring Managers and higher—can see that stage 👀.

Just a heads-up! Both Admins and Mega Admins automatically have access to all stages, so they’ll see everything by default.
