Found the one? Time to seal the deal! Mega makes it easy to send official offer letters with legally binding eSignatures—thanks to our partnership with PandaDoc. No messy print-sign-scan nonsense here. Just a few clicks, and you're good to go!

Finding eSignatures in Mega

Head to the candidate’s profile and pop over to the Messages section. You’ll see a handy little Pen & Paper icon right next to your email and meeting options. That’s your ticket to sending an eSignature request!

Adding eSignatures to Your Document

When you click to send a document for signing, a window will pop up where you can upload your PDF. Once it’s in, the editor appears—this is where the magic happens.

Here’s what you can do:

✔️ Add fields for the candidate to sign.

✔️ Include other signers like HR, the Hiring Manager, or anyone else who needs to stamp their approval.

✔️ Drag, drop, resize—make it all fit perfectly.

When everything looks good, hit “Send for Signing” in the top-right.

Tracking & Downloading the Signed Doc

Once sent, you can track when the candidate opens and signs the document—no more “Did you get my email?” follow-ups.

When it's all done, just head to the Files section and click to download. Easy peasy!
