Why Rating Candidates Matters

Getting your team’s input on potential hires is a big deal. 💬 Ratings let everyone weigh in fairly while diving into specifics like skills or culture fit. It’s a simple way to organize thoughts and make confident hiring decisions.

Finding Rating Cards

When it’s time to share your thoughts on a candidate, we’ll make sure you’re in the loop with multiple notifications. 📩 Here’s where to find them:

1. Email

You’ll get an email when a Rating Card is ready for you. It’ll include all the details and a button that takes you straight to the candidate’s profile to leave your feedback.

Pro Tip: Forgot about it? No worries—you’ll get a reminder so nothing slips through the cracks!

2. Home Page & Tasks

Log into your Mega account, and right on your home page, you’ll see a list of tasks waiting for you, including any pending Rating Cards. 📋

Want a more focused view? Check out the Tasks section on the left-hand menu. This gives you a clean list of everything you need to get done. ✅ Just click on a task, and you’ll jump right into the candidate’s profile to review and rate.

3. Candidate Profile

Open a candidate’s profile, and you’ll spot any outstanding Rating Cards on the right-hand side. 👀 Each card shows its status (e.g., “Incomplete”) and how long it’s been waiting for your review.

How to Complete a Candidate Rating

Inside the Rating section, click the ‘Review’ button. This will open up the full Rating Card, where you can:

    • ⭐ Add an overall rating.
