Due Dates and SLAs

Hiring moves fast, and it can feel like there’s never enough time to keep up with every candidate. That’s why we’ve set up Due Dates (or SLAs) in Mega to make sure no one slips through the cracks 🕳️.

You can adjust these Due Dates within your Workflows, either through Recruiting Preferences or directly in the Job Details. This is where you’ll set how long a candidate can stay in a particular stage before it’s time to act.

Want to stay ahead of things? Head to Personal Settings to manage notifications. You’ll get alerts when a candidate’s getting close to their time limit—or if they’ve already gone past it—so you can follow up right on time ⏰.
